DOS ain't dead

I compiled SQLite version 3.5.6 with DJGPP and made a linkable library for DOS:

I also added a few examples to show how to use the library with DJGPP.

Later versions of SQLite did not compile with DOS but I did not want to change the code. The enhancements in later versions are mostly relevant for Windows and Linux.

The binary in the sqlitex.zip archive did not work for me.
