DOS ain't dead

Sherpya's latest MPlayer (r36443+g108b91c, 2013-Sep-14) now crashes on my HX 2.17 system:

  dpmild32: import not found: GetHandleInformation
  dpmild32: import not found: TryEnterCriticalSection
  dpmild32: file KERNEL32.dll
  dpmild32: d:\hx\dgdi32.dll: cannot resolve imports

(It also now crashes on my Win98SE + KernelEx.)

The previous version (r36349, 2013-Jun-17) works on both.
