There is a commercial CardWare driver set
http://www.tssc.de/products/cardware/
I tried some demo but it didn't work on my notebook. I tried a CF card in PCMCIA adapter. It successfully detected my PCMCIA controller, initilaized it and assigned drive letter but I always got drive access error regardles what card I inserted (from old 8MB to new 16GB) so I gave up.

DOS gives me freedom to unlimited HW access.

Not sure, maybe http://www.deskwork.de supports it?

Or maybe this will help more directly?
