hx bugfixes in hxrtd (DOSX)

this thread's intention is to list the changes (bugfixes and additions) in the "unstable" hxrtd.zip package compared to the latest release version (v2.12). Please don't pollute with unrelated posts!

- addition: text in graphics applications now work in vmware
- bugfix: Delphi compiler dcc32.exe (v15) no longer crashes
- addition: current CVS version of Qemu supported.

HDLD32 stub for standalone binaries

hdld32.bin allows to create stand-alone binaries with HX (as long as no external dlls are used of course). It includes HX's DPMI host HDPMI32 and the PE loader DPMILD32.

http://www.japheth.de/Download/hdld32.zip

Currently it's a bit experimental yet.

It should only be used if one creates a new binary, it's not supposed to be used with PATCHPE to modify Win32 binaries (not tested and might not work at all).

Of course not, this CPUID thing is not a serious application. Anyway, the HX utf-16 support is restricted to console apps.

- bugfix: Win32 function GetFileInformationByHandle didn't initialize the filetimes fields. Caused HT 2.0.8 to report a GPF on some occasions.
