Hi all,
it's possible convert some text format files in html via Google mail.
For do this :
1)write a mail to you and attach the file (i've used .DOC file from m$ word.)
2) when receive the file, open the attacment using "see as html" option
3) now you can view in your browser the content of file without any converter utilities installed.
4) if you want to save or edit with a wordprocessor the content of file
you can chose "save as " file on your browser and save as .htm
(this it's required for opening/modify file via FLWriter ).
NOTE :for do this your browser must be support HTTPS (links , dillo, NOT arachne)
The conversion it's quite simple and don't import image, but work with hyperlinks
I've tested .Doc for win 95 and upper, but i suppose can work also with
.RTF or wordstar / wordperfect (please reply) |
