Looking for source code of Panard Vision 3D Engine (Miscellaneous)

Does someone have the source code of the Panard Vision 3D engine? I used the engine a long time ago, but always used the precompiled library. It was available at this website:

I tried to contact the author, but none of his mail addresses seem to work anymore.
