Yes, it's an impressive toolkit (albeit still proprietary, apparently).

This also (barely) reminds me of (DJGPP /v2tk/) JPTUI. Anyone remember that?

Do not know why, but aparently in version 4, they removed Watcom support.
Fortunately, they have version 3 still available.
