Insert Diskette #2 Into Floppy Drive A: (Emulation) |
The next thing I need to know how to do is to change floppy disks
i.e.,
I have prehistoric floppy disk drive images
I need to "Insert Disk #1 Into Floppy Drive A:"
After that, I need to "Eject Disk #1 And Insert Disk #2"
I may need to do this as many as four or maybe five times.
I believe that my drive images are the "Something.ISO " sort of files.
If this is already in the Wiki, please point me to it.
I did search there first. If it's there, I haven't yet figured out how to ask the search tool the properly worded question. |

A CD-ROM image will be an ISO file. A floppy disk image will usually have an IMG extension. |

Still searching the Wiki and the "freedos-devel " lists to try to find out how to switch the floppy disk image; i.e., how to "Insert Disk #2 into Drive A:" |

Sounds strange to me, but if that worked for you, then okay.

Thanks for your suggestion, but this is not how a/this forum works. Your topic might help others some day. --- Forum admin |
