DOS ain't dead

I added these categories:
* User Introductions: Write something about yourself, so other forum members know your background better.
* How-tos: Guides for specific tasks, e.g., how to install, use, or build some software.

Category User Introductions was added on September 30 on request by new user "NorbyDroid".

Category How-tos has been added, because I need a place to post the instructions for building Bochs with mingw32. I already have these available in German in my personal knowledge base, but would like to share this in English too. Maybe it helps somebody some day. I guess, you also have a lot of such documents. So, please share these with the rest of us.

I decided to put the Bochs build instructions to https://www.bttr-software.de/download/bochs/README.txt, but the category remains, of course.
