When does the countdown start? At logon? At each mouse action, restarted at the next? Whatever it is, it's too short - I turn away for what feels like only a little time, and I'm logged out. Not life threatening, of course, but annoying. Don't we all like to avoid even one unnecessary keystroke or mouseclick?

That's a very complicated thing, that has been discussed at my little forum in the past without any solution.
Are you sure, you don't get disconnected from the Internet at all? IIRC a new session will be created (and the old session will be destroyed), when you connect to `mlf' with a different IP than before. That's not related to `mlf', but Apache and/or PHP. --- Forum admin |

Not disconnected. I connect directly to the ISP, not through a local server. If the ISP disconnects (happens sometimes), it plays music and talks in a pretty voice, so I would notice immediately. |
