a question: it's possible use openSSL for permitt a arachne to acess to HTTPS pages (thi sit's use in Linx for dos)?

You can always use Doug Kaufman's DOS compile of Lynx, which does support it. --- Know your limits.h |

Problem:
- Arachne uses 16-bit RM and has 16-bit RM hacks
- OpenSSL has no 16-bit hacks and probably won't compile to 16-bit
Thus, porting Arachne to 32-bit is needed first. --- This is a LOGITECH mouse driver, but some software expect here

Borland C & DPMI16, from 1995. Also WATTCP (not 32). The docfile reads as though it was written back then - it says without qualification that WIN87EM.DLL should be installed, i.e., assumes flatly that the prog will be running on a machine with no hardware FPU. |
