@rugxulo: Jemm "exception 09" problem (DOSX) |
Hello,
what happened to your "Exception 09" problem on a P4:
Jemm v5.66 : exception 09 on Intel P4 w/ Ultra IDE BIOS ext.
You might haven't noticed, but to analyze this problem I added something in Jemm v5.67, see this link:
Jemm v5.66 : exception 09 on Intel P4 w/ Ultra IDE BIOS ext.
and got no response so far.
Recently, there was another similiar error report I got via PM. To confirm that both crashes happen at the very same EIP, it would be good if you can do another test with your machine *and* Jemm v5.67. --- MS-DOS forever! |

I tested today my disks with JEMM 5.67 (final), but I haven't reproduced the problem mentioned above. Originally, I think I had been using "I=TEST" at least, but I scrapped that because of fear of losing stability. Maybe I should undo that and try again? So far, nothing major has cropped up, but I don't test the P4 that often anymore. --- Know your limits.h |
