So frustrating, Microsoft (Developers) |
So frustrating, Microsoft.
I had a technical question about Windows 81. So I called MS.
Two calls and 110 minutes. 65 minutes on hold. Cut off once.
19 different people. Same guy 3 times. Transferred 18 times.
We aren't trained for this, I heard a lot.
One lady proposed this hypothetical: Your PC has a Seagate
hard disk. Windows is loaded on it. MS is not responsible
for Seagate hardware, Thus MS isn't responsible for helping
with your question.
Using this logic, MS might not be responsible to anyone for
for any type of support for anything ever. Another tidbit:
No this is not a wireless hard disk. That came up.
In the end I received the answer "maybe" to my question.

Q1) All of the above relates to DOS in what way ???
Q2) You were _not_ actually surprized to get
that type of "help" from MS... were you ??? --- --
