DOS ain't dead

After two years of accumulating changes I've released a new version of mTCP. This version (2015-07-05) includes a new HTTP server and a packet sniffing tool in addition to the usual bug fixes and improvements. Also, the documentation has been massively improved.

16 bit x86 forever!

(I figure if I can make something run well on a 4.77Mhz machine, it will run very well on faster machines. That generally holds true.)
