Copy of APEG library (addon for Allegro) (Developers) |
I accidentaly found a question about some Allegro addon capable playing AVI or MPG videos in DOS. (see here)
I remembered and adviced the APEG addon for Allegro. I pointed the user to thread on this forum (here)
But now I found the all links are dead.
So... Has somebody in this forum a copy of this library?
Khusraw maybe? --- DOS-u-akbar! |

I don't have any copy, but you can get it from https://web.archive.org/web/20160322123217/http://kcat.strangesoft.net/apeg-src.tar.bz2. --- Glory to God for all things |

Wayback machine has preserved the listing of your temp directory from 2009, but alas, only the files are listed, and none of them have been preserved to download:

The ampeg compiled 1.6 mb binary is listed there, but no dice on trying to download! |

That wasn't my directory and those weren't my files, but if you want to compile aPEG with DJGPP, just get a DJGPP package from the times and run "make", the source code at the link I provided should compile without modifications. --- Glory to God for all things |
