DOS ain't dead

As of today "Reply to your post" notification mails include the replier's user name in the From: field, i.e., you will see, e.g., "rr via DOS ain't dead" now. Before, it was only this forum's name and you had to read the second line of a mail's body to see the replier's name.

Second change is about the link to the forum in these mails. Until today the global default view setting was used to create the link, i.e., it contained "board_entry" always. Now we use a user's default view setting.

Small changes only, but we hope it gives you a better user experience.
