There's an encoding issue in Issue 2: "Tetris" (hm, the forum doesn't seem to like the original Cyrillic - previews, but won't submit). It seems you have curly quotes in UTF-8 converted as characters to CP1251 converted back to UTF-8.

The 11th issue of Elpis Zine is out now! After a short summer break and an unexpected pause due to illness, the new issue has finally been released.
