Can I ask about creating library with ar.exe in DJGPP enviroment ? I have just compiled the latest version of cdrtools and I could not create library. AR.EXE reports me Malformed archive, should I use with newest binutils? Thanks

I've never really used AR myself, so I dunno. How about giving us more info, OS, options used, what exactly you want to do, etc.?

Dear Rugxulo, I will explain more, I can compil cdrtools up to version cdrtools-2.01.01a15 without serious problems > so DVD-RW support works. Latest ver has problem with creating static library because Schily use both dynamic and static library and according to rules I get this message after smake ... ar.exe error: Malformed archive, I use manualy in object files ar rcs libschily.a *.o and this create library, but smake according lib.rul doesn`t work. I don`t know what you know about Schily integrated system without configure and etc.? Thank you David
