After unPeDoFilling TFM and unZIPping TFS did a comparison and the truth is out:

- virtually nothing
- large changes to instruction tables (apparently implemented SSSSSSE-6 and AVXXX-3, unknown whether there are also bugfixes)
- changed "fix faulty chars" from TRUE to FALSE (must recompile to get it back)
- reordered the FAQ's in TFM
- some more subminor code anf TFM changes

Some dates and version numbers inside are outdated (very popular problem ).
