Off topic: Does someone know about a program to use 2 mice this way on modern Windows NT versions?

Not so off topic: At least with Windows, you have to consider how to handle the "keyboard cursor" as well. That is, you can use one of your mice to direct your keyboard input to a particular window or form, but you can't use the mice fully independently if all your keyboard input goes to one form/window at a time. Indeed it would be better to have a second set of both input devices and then be able to direct the secondary keyboard using the secondary mouse. This would at least require a special handler/driver for the keyboard though, and probably intrinsic knowledge of or support by the user interface too.

BTW, something not off topic at all: Adding 100h to make secondary mouse calls is a nice hack, but not that great if you intend to use three mice.
