Free util that supports dual Monitors under MS-DOS/FREEDOS (Announce)

The above discussion reminded me that I still own MDA / HGC hardware. So I thought I would have a further look to see what modern support exists now for MDA+VGA dual systems.

I came across this little gem earlier which doesn't appear to have been referenced on BTTR: System utility for dual monitors under MSDOS and FREEDOS by Lawrence E. Boothby of http://www.asm32.com/

Obviously would be interesting to combine with other ideas discussed already, e.g. imagine an updated Cutemouse supporting 2 mice pointers one on a MDA screen and one on a VGA screen with a 2nd PC keyboard hooked up via a project like the one Two Line Mini-Terminal etc.
