What's wrong with the included ANSI.SYS that comes with W2k? I think that works well under NTVDM.

If you need an alternative ANSI.SYS for Windows, I think Jason Hood has one:

Why would you want that? Isn't the most software also available on Windows 2000 itself?

Going over several layers of emulation usually is prone to bugs that are hard to debug.
