PCI Data Acquisition cards with DOS drivers (Developers)

I want combine high speed of DOS with high speed of PCI
digital and analog I/O
but advantech doesnot provide DOS routines
to access PCI cards

there are ISA cards available
but modern PCs dont have ISA slots
