The version on Thomas Moenkemeier's homepage comes with VGACOPY.BIN - if you run the self extracting (LHA) archive ENGLISH.EXE within the directory to which you unzipped vgacp625.zip then the SFX archive will unzip the English version of VGACOPY.BIN, VGACOPY.HLP and FILE_ID.DIZ replacing the German versions.
