Current FreeDOS fdisk utility (Users)

Ouuu, that's bad, other FD users should be warned! How did look CHS values? but it shouldn't matter as it's beyond 8GB and FFdisk probably use LBA by default (instead of MSDOS 6.x Fdisk). I wonder why just 407 sectors, weird number...
Can you reproduce it on a sata/ide HDD or with i a bit different partition sizes? FreeDOS kernel displays some partition info at boot maybe it also perform overlaping check?
