FYI, FFMPEG 1.1.1 8 MiB works almost in DOS, and even FFPLAY does :-)

Tiny problems:

# M$WCRT.DLL (must be from XP, ME is not acceptable)
# More missing DLL's (get 3 KiB)
# Missing imports (DPMILDR=128)
# Crash at earliest run (see report), subsequently "fixed" ???
# Waits for keypress (in XP it doesn't)
# Sometimes hangs on exit (push CTL-ALT-DEL -> BOOM, but output file is 100% correct)
