HX-DOS extender and TryEnterCriticalSection (DOSX)

Good work. The implementation of TryEnterCriticalSection works. So now work the programs compiled with FPC for Win32 in DOS.
In case of FPC 3.0.4 works even the command line compiler itself.
(and FPC 3.2.0 does not because it wants to use the "FindFirstFileExW")
