HX question about link.exe (DOSX)

I think this is because the DPMILD32 binary you're using is a bit old.

Don't take that too seriously. It's probably a bug in PESTUB, DPMILD32 has problems with RVAs < 0x1000, but an RVA of exactly 0x1000 is ok.
