GnuPG 1.4.23 for DOS (Announce)

This build fails to generate keypair under FreeDOS 1.2 and MS-DOS 6.22. Hangs when accessing NOISE device. Diff file contains both "/dev/urandom$" and "/dev/urandom" names, while NOISE.SYS exposes only names with dollar sign, i.e. "/dev/random$" and /dev/urandom$".

I checked using commands:

if exist /dev/urandom echo Found "/dev/urandom"
if exist /dev/urandom$ echo Found "/dev/urandom$"

Only "/dev/urandom$" was found.
