GnuPG 1.4.23 for DOS (Announce)

I have few ideas for totally new NOISE.SYS engine:
- Implement Schneier's Fortuna (it has very strong security guarantee).
- Implement HMAC-DRBG (much simpler implementation).
- Or hybrid of both schemes: https://www.cryptosys.net/rng_algorithms.html
