May I interest you in pgp263iamulti06.zip? This project, ended by premature death of its developer, was aiming to "make PGP great again" by implementing more contemporary primitives and allowing for larger key sizes.

In my humble opinion, this version should be still developed, providing users with secure encryption on secure DOS platform.
