DOS ain't dead

HX, FPC and TryEnterCriticalSection (DOSX)

With the last FPC v2.4.4 it's not possible to run WIN32 binaries using HX. It reports:

dpmild32: import not found: TryEnterCriticalSection
dpmild32: file kernel32.dll

Could it be fixed?
