New in this version:
ccide: fix default font from 'arial' to 'courier new' to handle display vagaries
valx: handle stub files differently to deal with latest DPMIST32.bin from hxdos
rtl: sscanf will parse hex numbers correctly again (current version needed a leading 0)
infopad: added and fixed a few features
