httpS in arachne for DOS || 16 vs 32 bit (Developers)

Problem:
- Arachne uses 16-bit RM and has 16-bit RM hacks
- OpenSSL has no 16-bit hacks and probably won't compile to 16-bit
Thus, porting Arachne to 32-bit is needed first.
