Dev86DOS 0.16.18 (DJGPP host) (Developers)
My understanding is that bcc uses no operating system calls but BIOS calls instead. Therefore it can be used to write operating systems in C, i.e. ELKS. This may explain the lacking libc.
I have to correct my last post: ELKS seems to support just bcc as a compiler for application development. So FLTK cannot be used since it and its applications are based on C++.
