MUPDF with NXlib released (Announce)

This works pretty darn well, surprisingly well, thanks.

Two very minor (nitpicky, annoying) tips: 1). "upx --best --lzma" (as is it's currently only --best, so wasteful, heheh), 2). "mupdf blah.pdf 3" will go to page three (which GO.BAT doesn't mention).

P.S. RayeR, Zyzzle is at least somewhat right, yours does work on >4 GB machines like mine. However, if it's that important to you, you can always use a DXE and plug in the MTRR fixes later on. (I don't really expect you to do this, but I guess that's as good a use as any for existence of DXEs.)
