Yes, he's quite good at testing and keeping the wiki up-to-date (among other things).

Heheh, I doubt it. For one, I think I vaguely heard that the Russian subs use Windows, which DOS386 hates with a passion (and aren't that DOS-friendly anymore anyways). But perhaps he does bring aboard his own DOS-based PC somewhere. My cousin's stepdaughter's husband and brother-in-law are in the U.S. Navy. There was an article recently with the brother quoted about something silly (he was onboard playing his PS Vita while waiting for his laundry to finish), so I guess anything's possible. ;-)
