FreeDOS debug 1.07 (Announce)

Japheth has updated his version of FreeDOS debug to 1.07 on 3 November 2007.

Changes:

* bugfix: entering ranges with upper bound was refused.
* bugfix: if help cmd waited for a keypress, it displayed garbage if cpu was in protected-mode and CWSDPMI was used.
* Tracing into an INT (TM 1) now works if interrupt vector points to ROM code.
