JPEG 2000 / XL viewer for DOS (Users)

specific DJGPP compile makefile
makefile.dj jconfig.dj MS-DOS, DJGPP (Delorie's port of GNU C)

Not sure which of these two to attempt to compile. The second one seems more "current" for libjpg.
