GnuPG 1.4.23 for DOS (Announce)

I don't believe NOISE.SYS nor GnuPG 1.4.23 are using RDRAND. If i understand it correctly, RDRAND ought to be easy to add to NOISE.SYS. I welcome a patch to do that. :-)

Interesting quote on that Wikipedia page: "Relying solely on the hardware random number generator which is using an implementation sealed inside a chip which is impossible to audit is a BAD idea."

As i understand it, NOISE.SYS already mixes multiple sources of entropy. It might help to "backport" the RDRAND security fix from Linux 3.13.
