HX-DOS problem on Tx486DLC (Announce)

Yes, it's supposed to unload a 16-bit NE dll.
The problem may be that the underlying "DOS" is modifying the upper part of 32-bit registers. The "debug" version of dpmild32 ("debug because it writes a log file) may give better hints.
