I'm the only one it appears. (pushbx.org is my website.)

You need to differentiate this MS-DOS v4.00/v4.01 from the "European"/Ozzie/Multitasking MS-DOS v4. We do not have the sources for Multitasking MS-DOS. This repo (lMS-DOS, ie the lDOS fork of MS-DOS) is based on the regular (non-multitasking) MS-DOS v4.01, for which we do have most of the sources. (Most because tools like the message preparation program are missing sources.)

Yes, I'm porting things to NASM and WarpLink step by step. The kernel and sharer are already ported, two files of the format program are likewise. (The kernel includes both the msbio and the msdos modules, albeit they're now linked together and the separation between them has been eroded. They're bundled with lDOS's iniload, lkernpl, optionally inicomp for compression, and lDOS instsect.)

NASM is free software with sources, unlike the MASM that ships with the 2024 April MS-DOS v4 release. So therefore I think NASM is better. Likewise for WarpLink and x2b2 (exe2bin replacement).
