Actually, hardly anything changed for the standard variants DEBUG.COM/DEBUGX.COM.

The PL0 variant DEBUGR has got a few fixes and additions. JDeb386, which uses that variant, will benefit from that.

The "boot" variant DEBUGB (interesting for DOS kernel debugging only!) has changed slightly. However, for real progress here one has to use the preliminary Jemm version, v5.86 - it has a FASTBOOT JLM included, which greatly simplifies to load (and run) DEBUGB, without hassles.
