Depends on...

Size = Is bigger not better?
License = It's (nearly) best for Microsoft.
System requirements = VPC 2007 needs XP Professional oder Vista Business/Ultimate. So it's best for Microsoft again. And for hardware vendors, of course.

Just kidding!
