And I don't remember how did I get DP3 back in the time. Maybe copied from somebody.

I stated my interest only in finding a similar program,
not raising from such featureless/buggy one.

95% of that list are obvious features that you could see for yourself in 5 minutes or less. I can write the remaining 5% when obvious features are working.

And I don't have much interest in fixing VGAPaint.
Looks to me like finding similar program is easier.
