Jørgen Ibsen of Ibsen Software has released aPACK version 1.00 on 01 June 2009.

Changes:
? Changed license to freeware. Added switches to help use aPACK to compress stubs for PE files, useful for dual-exe files and similar, thx to Steve Gibson.
