Kernel 2039 was released not too long ago either, but it had/has a few regressions (BreadBox Ensemble, Eric's finddisk). I am not exactly "in the loop", so I can't tell much more. It had/has some COUNTRY.SYS support too ("internal table and external file"), but I haven't tested that.
