your report is confusing:

1. does it run with FreeDOS and without any EMM?
2. does "M$-DOS works fine" mean it runs with MS-DOS + Jemm?
3. what params for Jemm did you use when it crashes?
4. "PS/2 keyboards work OK": how is this related to Jemm's crash?

(Jemm doesn't access the keyboard at all)
