Galactic Conquest v9 beta 55 (Announce)

I've made a few more changes to the game, and have finally finished the documentation. This should hopefully make the game a bit easier to understand and play. The documentation is in .txt form, I've left the .PDF and all other unnecessary files out.

I've put all source files in the PAS folder, in case you want to look at them. I've also included the CRT70.TPU I used to replace my own CRT.TPU in my TURBO.TPL. This is how I found it, so I have no source for you. It was distributed as freeware.

I would upload the .ZIP file to this post, however I don't seem to have that capability. Hopefully RR can put it on here somewhere.
