FASM is copylefted (Announce)

No, FASM uses a custom "2-clause BSD with Copyleft" license. To quote the LICENSE.TXT file I found in my FASM download:

the following conditions are adhered to.

Non-sense. Did you even read the linked article? Real Public Domain works can't be Copylefted.
